we wished we had.
VibeVoice started with a simple observation: small businesses across Europe are losing customers every single day to a missed phone call. Not because they don't care — because they're busy doing the actual work.
“A dentist in Rotterdam. A hair salon in Lyon. A physio in Ghent. All of them had the same problem — and none of them had a solution they could actually afford or set up without a developer.”
We watched this pattern repeat across hundreds of service businesses. The phone rings during a client appointment. It goes to voicemail. The caller doesn't leave one. That's a booking — gone. And it happens dozens of times a week.
The technology to fix this existed — but it was built for call centres and corporate procurement cycles. Minimum contracts. Dedicated onboarding teams. Months of setup. Completely out of reach for a three-person practice or a solo tradesperson.
So we built VibeVoice: an AI voice receptionist that a business owner can configure themselves in 15 minutes, that sounds natural in Dutch, English, German, and French, and that actually handles real conversations — not just “press 1 for sales.”
We run it ourselves. We use the same system for our own inbound calls. If something breaks or sounds off, we're the first to notice.

We're not venture-backed and we're not chasing hockey-stick growth. We're building a product we'd genuinely recommend to a friend who runs a business.
We keep the team small on purpose. It means we stay close to the product, we talk to customers directly, and we don't build features nobody asked for. If you have a question, you're likely talking to someone who wrote the code.
How we build
Three things we won't compromise on.
Small business first
Enterprise voice AI exists. It costs tens of thousands of euros and takes months to deploy. We wanted the same outcome available to a two-person dental practice or a sole-trader salon.
European privacy by default
GDPR isn't a checkbox for us — it's a design constraint from day one. Data stays in the EU, we publish our sub-processors, and customers can export or delete everything at any time.
Simple over clever
AI that needs a dedicated IT team to run isn't useful to the businesses we're building for. If a business owner can't configure it themselves in 15 minutes, we've failed.
